Reminder: The dryer vent cleaning project is scheduled Wednesday September 8th. A detailed notice of the project is posted under "Building Notifications" along with the schedule.

We will be conducting the annual load test on the emergency generator and fire pump on Friday August 27th at about 11A.M.
The generator will run for about 1 hour and the fire pump about 15 minutes. There will be louder than usual noise during this time.
Please plan accordingly.

A settlement has been reached! Silldorf & Levine will be mailing out a letter to all homeowner describing the terms of the settlement.
There will be a town hall meeting held on Tuesday August 24th at 6P.M. in the North Tower Lounge. The Board and our attorneys will be present to answer any questions you may have regarding the settlement agreement.
