Action Property Management, Inc. is now offering e-bill services so that you can pay your monthly assessments online. Homeowners can pay online via credit card or e-check. There is a conveneince fee for this service. In addition, you can now receiv paperless statements.

Simplex Grinnell will be on-site Wednesday March 17th and Thursday March 18th from 8A.M. to 5P.M. each day to conduct the annual fire alarm and sprinkler head inspections within all of the units and common areas of both towers. This inspection is required annually for compliance under the current Fire Code.
Inspections will be conducted in the townhomes and in the North Tower units on Wednesday March 17th. Inspections for the 2nd floor townhomes, poolside units and the South Tower units will be conducted on Thursday March 18th. Inspections will begin on the 25th floor, working downward, on both days. Security will provide access to your unit if you are not available to do so.
Simplex will take approximately 3-5 minutes to inspect each unit. An alarm will be heard in each unit on the floor being tested. A Simplex technician will enter your unit and verify that the alarm can be heard inside your unit. The technician will also do a visual inspection of all fire sprinkler heads in your unit. Any sprinkler heads that require replacement will be noted and scheduled for replacement.

Elevator Repairs-Updated
On Wednesday February 17th beginning at 8A.M., one of the elevators in the North Tower will be shut down for repairs. The elevator will be down for approximately two days. The other elevator will be accessible during this time.
